Once you turn in your SWIRL entry form and place the SWIRL sticker on your vehicle - your information will be privately entered into a monthly drawing. The monthly winner will receive a $50 thank you and their picture with a caption will be placed on our website's home page! You must show the SWIRL on your vehicle at time award is given. All entered parties will have equal chance to win. You can not win 2 months in a row. By placing the SWIRL sticker on your vehicle's windshield you take ALL responsibility for any damage caused (although we don't know what that could be), particularly if applying the SWIRL impedes your vision. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND PLACING THE STICKER ON YOUR BUMPER OR OTHER COATED OR PAINTED SURFACES AS IT COULD DAMAGE YOUR FINISH/VEHICLE. Drawing for the award will be on the 15th of each month beginning July 15th, 2009 and will be on the 15th of the month thereafter. DPM will contact the award winner within 48 hours and the award winner agrees in advance for DPM to place their picture and caption on the website which will occur by the 1st of the following month. We will attempt to reach the winner 3 times via the phone number provided. Should the winner not respond within 5 business days of the drawing date by arriving at DPM's office and showing that the SWIRL sticker is applied to their back windshield, they will forfeit the award and a new winner will be selected in a new drawing - with same terms as listed above. All winners must be current in their account in order to be eligible. |
