Finally, a real solution... In 2006, I purchased a property that I intended to wholesale. After losing 5 months waiting on two different investors that I later discovered were rookies who weren't going to purchase the property, I decided to rehab it myself and flip it. The rehab was quick and the property looked great, but I wasn't prepared for the sub-prime issues. I had the property listed for one year and not one offer even though it was listed well below the appraised value. I asked David if he could help me with this property and within 10 days, he had a lease-to-own tenant in place. This was my first LTO deal but I'm sure it won't be my last. Great Team! Dear Mr. Pitts I am a new tenant and have just moved in about two weeks ago. I wanted to take a moment to tell you of the experience. Everyone from your company that I have met or spoken to on the phone has been of the highest caliber. They have been polite, considerate, and very efficient. I have had to make a number of calls to your office dealing with some of the problems associated with moving into a new home, and not once has your staff failed to respond with the same level of professionalism that I have encountered from the start.

I never feel that I am being a nuisance and your staff always welcomes my calls with speed and efficiency. From the very start, Frances answered my evening email info request within 10 minutes of it being sent, at about 8 or 9pm! That is very fast service, rarely seen in your industry. She was polite, listened to my needs, and had two places for me to look at in the morning. She understood about my special needs (my wife is disabled), and helped me through the entire leasing process with a personality that made my wife and I feel that we were dealing with people that really cared. There were problems with the electric hookup…and damaged electric box. Donnie was genuinely concerned, and I will not forget their hard work, and the speed they used to improve, and then correct the situation. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate their efforts and constant communication to let me know the progress. I have dealt with them on a few other issues, and their courteous and professionalism has not wavered. You must surely be proud of them. Your maintenance contractors are knowledgeable, personable, and hard working as well. I managed a seventeen unit apartment complex in Florida, and understand some of the issues they deal with.

I have not seen a better, more efficient staff that you have. My congratulations on assembling such a team. Please thank them or me again.
