We got our start rehabbing houses. We still buy houses which need work,
and renovate them. The new home is typically purchased by my customer
who lives there. Rehabbing is part of our business... We are still one of

We recognized that most of the rental product available near where our
rehabbed property was too expensive and in poor condition for the value
people were receiving.

We really offer a great concept - service and quality for the rental housing
market, and our results continue to be impressive.

We have used our experience to create "best practices" from all of the facets of deals we have done from what worked well and what didn’t. W evaluated the lending landscape and its pitfalls.

I use many home buying programs that I've designed so I can buy or lease a property in as little as 24 hours.

We provide limited and extended financing to our customers on the homes they acquire from our company. In addition, we sell and rent property.
